- Terms and Conditions for Overnight Stay
Article 1 scope
1. Accommodation contracts and related agreements that this hotel enters into with guests will be subject to the provisions of these terms and conditions, and any matters not provided for in these terms and conditions will be governed by laws, regulations or generally accepted practices.
2. If the Hotel accepts a special agreement within the scope not violating laws and customs, the special agreement shall take precedence regardless of the provisions of the preceding paragraph.
Article 2 application for accommodation contract
1. A person who intends to apply for an accommodation contract with the hotel shall submit the following matters to the hotel.
(1) Guest name
(2) Date of stay and expected time of arrival
(3) Accommodation plan and fee
(4) Address and contact information
(5) Other items deemed necessary by the hotel
2. If a guest proposes to continue staying during the stay beyond the date of stay specified in item 2 of the preceding paragraph, the hotel will treat it as if a new accommodation contract had been applied at the time of the offer. .
Article 3 establishment of accommodation contract, etc.
1. An accommodation contract shall be concluded when the hotel has accepted the application set forth in the preceding Article.
2. When the accommodation contract is concluded pursuant to the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the application fee specified by the hotel shall be paid by the date designated by the hotel.
3. First, the application fee will be applied to the accommodation fee to be paid by the guest, and in the event that the provisions of Articles 6 and 17 apply, the penalty will be applied in the order of damages. If there is any remaining amount, it will be refunded upon payment of the fee under Article 12.
Four. Failure to pay the application fee set forth in Paragraph 2 by the date specified by the Hotel pursuant to the same paragraph shall result in the accommodation contract losing its effect.However, this is only possible if the hotel has informed the guest of the date of payment of the application fee.
Article 4 Special contract that does not require payment of application fee
1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Paragraph 2 of the preceding Article, the Hotel may comply with a special agreement that does not require payment of the application fee set forth in the same paragraph after the conclusion of the contract.
2. In accepting the application for an accommodation contract, if the hotel does not request payment of the application deposit set forth in Paragraph 2 of the preceding article or does not specify the due date of the application deposit, it will be treated as in accordance with the special agreement of the preceding paragraph You.
Article 5 Refusal of conclusion of accommodation contract
1. The hotel may not respond to the conclusion of an accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When the application for accommodation does not conform to these Terms and Conditions.
(2) When there is no room in the room due to full occupancy.
(3) When it is recognized that there is a risk that a person who intends to stay may act contrary to the provisions of laws and regulations, public order or good manners and customs with regard to lodging.
(4) When the person who intends to stay is deemed to fall under any of the following (a) to (c).
A. An organized crime group as defined in Article 2, Paragraph 2 of the Law Concerning Prevention of Unjust Activities by Organized Crime Group Members (Law No. 77, 1991) (hereinafter referred to as an "organized crime group").), Gangsters stipulated in Article 2, item 6 of the same article (hereinafter referred to as "gangsters").),Associate members of organized crime groups or people related to organized crime groups or other antisocial forces

(6) When the person who intends to stay is clearly recognized as having an infectious disease.
(7) When the Guest is subjected to violent behavior in relation to his/her accommodation, or is asked to assume an unreasonable burden.
(8) When the Hotel is unable to provide accommodation due to natural disasters, malfunction of facilities, or other unavoidable reasons.
(9) When it is deemed that the case falls under Okinawa Prefecture Hotel Business Act, Section 5 Ordinance.
When a person requesting accommodation is deemed to be extremely drunk or behaving in an extremely abnormal manner and may be a nuisance to other guests.
When the person requesting accommodation is deemed to be causing a nuisance to other guests due to his/her body or clothing being extremely unclean.
Article 6 Guest's right to cancel contract
1. Guests can cancel the accommodation contract by applying to the hotel.
2. When the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract in whole or in part due to reasons for which the Guest is liable (except when the Hotel has specified a due date for the application fee and requested payment pursuant to the provisions of Article 3, Paragraph 2, and the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract prior to payment).) Will be charged a penalty as set forth in Schedule 2 below.However, in the event that the Hotel has complied with the special provisions of Article 4 (1), in order to comply with such special provisions, the Hotel shall notify the Guest of the obligation to pay the penalty when the Guest cancels the Accommodation Contract. - 3. If a guest does not arrive by 9:00 pm on the day of the stay (or two hours after the expected arrival time if the guest has been clearly stated in advance) without contacting the hotel, the hotel may regard the accommodation contract as having been cancelled by the guest.
Article 7 Right to terminate the contract of the hotel
1. The hotel may cancel the accommodation contract in the following cases.
(1) When the Guest is deemed liable to conduct himself/herself in a manner that will violate the laws, public order or good morals in regard to his/her accommodation, or when he/she is deemed to have conducted himself/herself in such a manner.
(2) When the guest is deemed to fall under any of the following a to c.
I. Gangster,Gangster,Associate members of organized crime groups or people related to organized crime groups or other antisocial forces
B. When a corporation or other organization whose business activities are controlled by an organized crime group or its members
C. A corporation that has officers who are gang members
(3) When a guest makes a behavior that causes significant inconvenience to other guests
(4) When the Guest is clearly identified as having an infectious disease.
(5) When the Guest is subjected to violent behavior in relation to his/her accommodation or is asked to assume an unreasonable burden.
(6) When it is not possible to stay overnight due to natural disaster or other force majeure.
(7) When permitted under the case where the provisions of Okinawa Prefecture Hotel Business Act, Section 5 a) to (b) of the Okinawa Prefecture Hotel Business Act, Section 5 apply.

(8) When the Guest violates these Terms and Conditions or the Hotel Usage Regulations.
2. If the hotel cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the provisions of the preceding paragraph, there will be no charge for accommodation services that the guest has not yet received.
3. If the hotel cancels the accommodation contract in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1, no compensation will be made for any damages resulting therefrom.
4. Notice of termination under paragraph 1 shall be given verbally or to the contact information provided by the customer under Article 2, paragraph 1, and if said notice is not received at the contact information provided under Article 2, paragraph 1, it may be treated as having been received after the period during which it would normally be received has passed.
Five. If the hotel cancels the accommodation contract pursuant to the provisions of Paragraph 1, no refund of the accommodation fee will be made, except in the case of Paragraph 1, Item 6.
Article 8 Accommodation Registration
1. The guest must register the following at the hotel's front desk on the day of the stay.
(1) Name, age, gender, address, telephone number, occupation of guest (including roommate)
(2) For foreign nationals, nationality, passport number, place of entry and date of entry
(3) Departure date and scheduled departure time
(4) Other items deemed necessary by the hotel
2. For foreign guests, the passport will be copied and stored.
Article 9. Guest Room Occupancy Hours
1. Guests can use the hotel rooms from 15:00 pm to 11:00 the following morning.However, when staying consecutively, it can be used all day except for the arrival date and departure date.
2. Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the hotel may reserve the use of guest rooms outside the hours specified in the same paragraph.In this case, the following additional fees will be charged.
(1) Up to 3 hours, 30% of basic room rate
(2) Up to 6 hours, 50% of basic room rate
(3) For stays of 6 hours or more, 100% of the basic accommodation fee will be charged.

Article 10 Compliance with usage rules
1. Guests must comply with the rules of use at the hotel.
Article 11 Business Hours
1. The opening hours of the main facilities of the Hotel are as follows. Detailed opening hours of other facilities will be provided in the pamphlets provided in the guest rooms.

2. The time mentioned in the preceding paragraph may be changed temporarily if necessary and unavoidable.In that case, we will notify you in an appropriate way.
Article 12 payment of fees
1. The breakdown of the hotel charges, etc. to be paid by the guest depends on the places listed in Appendix 1.
2. Payment of accommodation fees, etc. as stated in the preceding paragraph shall be made at the front desk upon the guest's arrival or when invoiced by the hotel, in Japanese yen or by any other means acceptable to the hotel, such as credit card, virtual currency, or electronic money.
3. After the hotel has provided the guest room and made it available for use, even if the guest did not arbitrarily stay, a room charge will be charged.
- Article 13 responsibility of the hotel
1. The Hotel shall compensate the Guest for any damages to the Guest in fulfilling the Accommodation Contract, up to twice the amount of the Accommodation Charge in the Accommodation Contract.Provided, however, that this shall not apply if it is not attributable to the Hotel.
2. The hotel has taken out Ryokan Liability Insurance to deal with fires and other incidents.
Article 14 Handling when a contracted room cannot be provided
1. If the hotel cannot provide the guest with the contracted room, the hotel shall revolve around other accommodation with the same price as the hotel as much as possible.
2. If, for whatever reason, the Hotel determines that accommodation cannot be conducted in accordance with the preceding paragraph, the Hotel shall indemnify the Guest for damages up to twice the amount of the accommodation charge in the Accommodation Contract. I will pay.However, no penalty will be paid if there is no grounds attributable to the Hotel that the guest room cannot be provided.
Article 15 Storage and handling of baggage, belongings and lost items
1. The hotel does not store guest baggage or personal belongings.
2. The hotel is not responsible for the luggage and personal belongings that guests bring into the hotel.
3. The Hotel cannot store any baggage that arrives at the Hotel prior to check-in.In addition, the Hotel shall not be liable for any baggage sent before check-in without the Hotel's consent.
4. If the Guest's baggage and belongings are found left behind at the Hotel after his/her check-out and the owner of the items is identified, the Hotel will contact the Guest and ask for his/her instructions, and if the Hotel disposes of, discards or returns the Guest's baggage and belongings in accordance with those instructions, the Guest will be responsible for the costs incurred.However, if there is no instruction from the guest or if the owner cannot be identified, the property will be kept for seven days, including the day it was found, after which it will be turned over to the nearest police station.Food, beverages, tobacco, magazines, etc. will be disposed of on the same day.
5. The Hotel may, at its discretion, inspect the contents of any baggage or personal belongings left behind in order to dispose of them appropriately according to the nature of the items and, if necessary, return them to the Guest or dispose of them in accordance with paragraph 4 above, and the Guest may not object to this.
6. Any baggage or belongings left behind will only be returned to the guest in the following ways:
(1) When sending to Japan, cash on delivery using a delivery company designated by the hotel
(2) When sending out of Japan, use the method used by the delivery company designated by this hotel
Article 16 Responsibility for parking
1. The hotel will lend a location and will not be responsible for managing the vehicle if guests use the hotel's parking lot, regardless of the vehicle key deposit.
2. Even if guests use the hotel's parking lot, the hotel does not take any responsibility for accidents or theft in the parking lot.
Article 17 Responsibility of Guest
1. When the Hotel suffers damage caused by the Guest's willful misconduct or negligence, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for such damage.
2. If the Hotel incurs damages, such as expenses for cleaning the guest room, expenses for repairs, loss of sales opportunities, or any other damages, due to the Guest's conduct in violation of these Terms and Conditions or the Usage Regulations, or due to other reasons attributable to the Guest, the Guest shall compensate the Hotel for such damages.
Article 18: Cleaning of Guest Rooms
1. Even if the customer requests that cleaning is not required, the room will be cleaned at least once every three nights, in light of laws and regulations.
2. You cannot refuse the room cleaning described in the preceding paragraph.
3. Regardless of the number of consecutive nights, the rooms may be cleaned at any time, if deemed necessary by the hotel.
Article 19 Revision of Terms and Conditions
1. These Terms and Conditions may be revised at any time as necessary.
2. In the event that these terms and conditions are revised, the Hotel shall display the revised terms and conditions on the Hotel's website or in the service directory in the guest rooms.
3. If the terms of accommodation differ between the time of application for accommodation and the date of accommodation, the terms of accommodation on the date of accommodation shall apply.
Article 20 Priority effect of Japanese version
1. These terms and conditions and the terms of use may be translated into languages other than Japanese and posted, but if there is a difference in content between the Japanese version and the translation into a language other than Japanese, the Japanese version shall be treated as applicable and subject to interpretation.
Article 21 disclaimer
1. The Hotel shall not be liable for any damage suffered by the customer due to their intentional or negligent acts.

- Usage rules
Based on Article 10 of the Accommodation Terms and Conditions, the rules of use for the purpose of ensuring that guests stay at the hotel comfortably and safely are set forth as follows, and we ask that you comply with these rules.
If you fail to abide by these rules, we may cancel your accommodation contract pursuant to Article 7, Paragraph 1, Item 8 of the Accommodation Contract.Furthermore, please understand that the hotel cannot assume any responsibility for any accidents arising from a guest's failure to observe these rules.
1. The following items are not allowed in the hotel.
(1) Dogs (excluding service dogs such as guide dogs, hearing dogs, and service dogs), cats, birds, and all other animals.However, if there is a possibility that significant damage will occur to the hotel and those who use the hotel due to the accompanying assistance dog for the physically handicapped, such companion dogs may be refused.
(2) Items prohibited by law, such as guns, swords, stimulants, etc.
(3) Goods that can easily ignite or ignite, volatile oils, and other goods that may harm the safety of the hotel and the life of the guest
(4) Appliances that use fire, such as for heating and cooking
(5) Significantly large and heavy goods

(6) The act of moving, processing, taking out or changing the current condition of equipment and goods in a hotel, and the act of using them for purposes other than their intended use.
(7) Leaving baggage or belongings in places other than the guest room (such as in the hallway or lobby)
(8) Entering any area other than the guest room or requesting entry to any area other than the guest room
(9) Distributing, selling or engaging in any commercial activity involving advertising materials (flyers or flyers) within the hotel or to other guests.
(10) Acts that impede morals, safety and hygiene within the hotel
(11) Operation of firefighting equipment during non-emergency situations
(12) Meetings in rooms with non-guests (outpatients / visitors)

(17) Any act that threatens the safety of other guests or hotel employees, or any act that causes inconvenience to other guests.
(18) Any act that impedes the normal operation of the Hotel.
(19) Publishing photographs or other images taken within the hotel for commercial purposes without permission
3. A separate cleaning fee will be charged if smoking is discovered in the room.
4. The number of guests allowed in each room cannot exceed the designated occupancy limit.If occupancy is exceeded, additional rooms will be required to stay within the occupancy of each room.If it is discovered that a guest has exceeded the room capacity without prior notification, a penalty of 15,000 yen will be charged for each excess person.
Five. If buildings, furniture, fixtures, and other items are damaged, lost, or contaminated due to reasons other than force majeure, a reasonable amount will be compensated.
6. Please be sure to lock the door using the internal lock and door guard not only when you leave your room but also while you are in the room.When a visitor arrives, please do not open the door carelessly and always make sure that the visitor is safe.If you suspect a suspicious person, please do not open the door and contact the front desk immediately.The Hotel shall not be liable for any accidents, etc. caused by the customer not locking the guest room.
7. The hotel will not pay in advance for any expenses that you should pay, regardless of the reason, such as shopping expenses, taxi fares, postage fees, luggage shipping fees, etc.
8. If you have not made a reservation or if you make a reservation on the day of your stay, we ask that you pay the accommodation fee in advance.
9. If you wish to change the number of nights you wish to stay, please contact the front desk in advance.In the case of extension, please pay until then.

12.
